The type of personal information we collect
Hypha currently collects and processes the following information when you use Hypha SaaS product as an end user:
• First name
• Last name
• Email address
Hypha also performs passive collection of certain other technical and web browsing information when you visit our website (www.hypha.cc) and when you use Hypha software via your web browser without you actively submitting such information.
This information may include, for example, your browser type and language, your operating system, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the URLs of sites you visited before and after visiting our website, the web search that landed you on the Hypha website or our Hypha product URL, web pages and advertisements you view and links you click on across the website and product user interface. How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us via one of the following reasons:
• Via usage of the Hypha product as an end user under an active software agreement between your employer organisation and Hypha
• Via LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Via signing up to our subscription mailing list
• Via emails sent to any of our company mailboxes
We use the information that you have given us to:
• Facilitate access to and support of the Hypha platform
• Perform business development activities
• Communication via email to subscribers to Hypha information
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent for receiving marketing materials. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting: privacy@hypha.cc
(b) We have a contractual obligation.
